Burns Night Supper

You are cordially invited to join us in celebrating a Burns Night Supper on Friday, January 25th 2019 at The Geese and Fountain, Croxton Kerrial, NG32 1QR

Traditional pipes shall be played throughout by local favourite Mr Bill James.

The Menu Cock-a-leekie soup, soda bread Seared Scottish salmon, scallops, rocket, heather honey dressing Potato scones, egg and cheddar scramble, watercress V § Haggis, buttered neeps and tatties, kale, leeks Vegetarian Haggis, buttered neeps & tatties, kale, leeks V Scottish beef stew, skirlie mash, cabbage Fillet of hake, cullen skink risotto, creamed kale § Blood orange and marmalade steamed pudding Bowmore Cranachan Lavender honey posset, shortbread § Coffee and a ‘wee dram’ - choose from a selection of malt whiskies

Please arrive at 7pm, to be seated at 7.20pm

Food will be served following the Selkirk Grace at 7.30, and will be interspersed with suitable toasts, speeches and entertainments
