Saison Rakau - ABV 5.5% Bright white grape and kiwi flavours bring a soft, lasting fruitiness to this saison hopped with New Zealand variety Rakau.

Tripel Ella - ABV 9.5% For our third Tripel, we’re returning to using hops from the southern hemisphere, this time using Australian hop Ella, noted for its pronounced floral and juicy fruit character. The indulgently fruity nose evokes peach and apple blossom, pineapple cocktails and tropical fruit sundaes, whilst that crucially smooth and slick Tripel body all but glides across the palate, with just a prickle of gentle spicing from coriander and orange peel to balance the beer’s yeast character.

Belgian Pale Summer & Saaz - ABV 4.5% Inspired by the dry, crisp, hoppy pales of Brussels, our first Belgian pale is 100% low colour pils malt, with hop additions of noble Saaz and Australian hop Summer. A gentle yeast character rounds out this finely balanced pale ale that remains clean, dry and refreshing to the last drop.

Red IPA Citra & Chinook - ABV 6.5% This IPA's aroma offers mango, peach and strawberry, whilst the jammy, spicy body provides the perfect background for assertive American hop bitterness.
