Lemon sole goujons in a light Sunchaser batter with homemade tartare sauce, fresh rocket and squeeze of lemon.
Beef Brisket pie with mushrooms and baby onions in a rich Tiger gravy with wholegrain mustard mash and braised red cabbage
Chocolate and Myrtle cake with Chantilly cream and fresh strawberries
All served with a taster of each of the Everards ales that inspired these dishes.
