Our wild venison fillet steaks are about as good as it gets!
Lean and low in saturated fat, our wild venison is prepared by our master butchers and sourced from professional stalkers who manage a combined area of 14,000 acres of rolling Dorset arable farmland, pasture and woodland.
We like to sear ours first and have either on their own, or with a mushroom, sherry and cream sauce. Serve with a celeriac or potato mash and seasonal veg.
